• Don Patocka motioned to approve the treasures report, motion carried

• Don Patocka motioned to approve February minutes with pending corrections, motion carried

• Final Grant Agreement for funding discussed

• Don Patocka motioned to sign the Grant Agreement, motion carried

• Volunteer forms were discussed

• White City Water Improvement District Conditional Use Permit Information was discussed ( Lease of 9412s Poppy Lane to Salt Lake County Sheriff for Substation)

• Phil Rose motion to move up the Mayors Report, motion carried

• Beve Uipi read and discussed mayors report

• Christine Richmond an employee of Wikstrom discussed the feasibility study pertaining to HB40

• Don Patocka motioned to move up the Sheriff’s Report by Salt Lake County COP, motion carried

• Levi Hughes read and discussed the Sheriff’s Report

• Anita Nelson (Code Enforcement Officer) discussed concerns about code enforcements

• Jim Johnson discussed the Cert classes (Community emergency response team) and fire school program

• Zoning Update for 10600s 1240e was discussed

• Act report was read and discussed by Paulina Flint

• County Volunteer form was discussed again

• Legislative Report was read and discussed by Paulina Flint

• HB 362 was discussed

• News Letter update was read and discussed by James Dixon and Don Patocka

• Website design was discussed
