Welcome, Introductions and then Pledge
of Allegiance was led by Don Patocka.

Kay Dickerson presented the October 7th,
2009 minutes for approval. Don Patocka made a motion to approve the October
7th Minutes. Motion was seconded and approved.

Jeremy Christensen gave the Treasurer’s
report for October. Don Patocka made a motion to approve the report. Motion
was seconded and approved.
Paulina Flint mentioned that the White City water users have a bank account
balance and that the water company is progressing well with the new
improvements to the system.

Karen Wiley from Salt Lake County
Community Development gave a short report on what the county has available for
the county residents. County has assistance to residents that needs help for
residents that have trouble making it with the current hard times and how help
can be obtained. On the County website there is a survey that we all need to
fill out so they may be able to see from the residents what various areas need
in the way of services. The survey needs to be in by January 15, 2010. Website

Planning and Zoning Legislation-Trisha
Beck gave a report on Legislation she is sponsoring to modify a change in the
Land Use Ordinance for notifying property owners of changes. The current
notification is 10 days before hearing and 3 days to property owners. Would
like the notification to be at the same time for both 10 days. We as a
Community Council would like the notification to the Council to be 30 days
before public hearings and meetings for the County. Trisha Beck has a
protected bill file opened to sponsor this bill. Paulina Flint and Greg
Schultz will work with Trisha on research for this Legislation.

Salt Lake County Report-Greg Schultz
will report for Bev Uipi. Meeting tomorrow night will be on Mayors Budget. Kay
Dickerson will cover this meeting at the school. Paul Smith has a concern with
Diamond Way needing a sign noting that there is no outlet on that street.
House at end of the street is concerned with large trucks coming up the street
and having difficulty turning around. Street Signs on Crocus Street and Daisy
and Statice that read Crocus Circle need to be corrected. Greg discussed the
details on the Capital Projects we submitted. Granite filed an official
protest on annexation to the Boundary Commission

ACCT- Paulina Flint gave the report for
ACCT. Special presentation this week on Special Improvement Districts for
Community Councils. ACCT training will be January 9, 2010.

New Business -Don Patocka concern with a
person on 756 Carnation Dr. that has been notified to remove a shed which has
been on the property for years with proper authorization. What does she have
to do so as not remove the shed? Contact Mike Durfee with evidence of how long
the shed has been on property. White City Water Company doing work on Galena
to improve the water system.
