East would like to change out his office sign to incorporate newer technology
to have electric messaging and put up new wrought iron fencing. Current zoning
does not allow this in our area. This could be done by changing current zoning
from RM to C2 and apply for Conditional Use approval to put in the new sign.
This change is for a small zone which contains the only Business in the White
City area and several homes. Paulina Flint made a motion to approve the application
to change the zoning to C2. Motion seconded and approved. Paulina made a second
motion to approve the conditional use permit to allow installation of the sign.

in the minutes.
